Import the Saturday viewings sheet

Upload the office grid (ViewingsYYYY_MM_DD.xlsx), or a screenshot or phone photo of it (up to 3 if the grid doesn't fit in one). On a computer you can also paste a screenshot straight in with Ctrl+V. It is read, matched against current listings and staff, and shown for checking before anything is booked. Re-importing is safe: slots already booked are skipped.

Green = confident match. Amber = matched by house number and street only — check it. Red = pick the property yourself (or untick to leave it out). Grey rows are already booked and will be skipped. From a screenshot, "check the reading" marks text the reader wasn't sure of: those rows start unticked, so compare them with the sheet, fix the time if needed, and tick them.
